I have a Batchelor’s of Arts degree in Law and Philosophy from the University of Hull and am accredited by the Academy of Experts as an Expert Witness and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as an International Arbitrator.

Scoped, drafted and delivered Elective Claim Services for Charles Taylor, generating over £135k revenue per month.
Drafted the claims manual; claims processes and procedures as well as all claims-related responses for Lloyd's prior to the authorisation of CTMA and the Standard Syndicate.
XCHANGING CLAIMS SERVICES LIMITED
Managed a team of over 35 claims adjusters in two locations - responsible for approximately 25% of the volume and over 30% of the value of all Lloyd's claims - producing revenues of more than £12m per annum.

Member of the Lloyd’s Market Association Claims Practitioner Committee responsible for the introduction of the London Market Claims Repository and for scoping, designing and implementing the Lloyd’s ‘Electronic Claims File’ which was delivered on time and under budget
Scoped, defined and delivered the London Market’s first Elective Claims Services proposition
Scoped and drafted the initial ECF Systems Processes and Procedures guidelines
The sole Claims representative on the London Market Accord Implementation Group responsible for ensuring that the London Market A&S, DRI and ECF projects meet international standards, and where those standards do not exist, to recommend them to the International Insurance community
